Glengoyne Cask Strength
Digestive biscuits, bananas, sweet sherry and spice. This is the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, matured in first-fill European and American oak Oloroso sherry casks, refill casks and bourbon barrels. It is then bottled as tradition insists: at cask strength, un-chillfiltered.
NOSE: Apple crumble, cinnamon and orange, digestive biscuits, malty heart with almond.
TASTE: Thick mouth feel, spicy with fresh banana, sweet sherry, peach, honey and crisped rice.

Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence.
NOSE: Intense yet balanced. Bursting with rich dried fruit, ripe apples and citrus, with honey sweetness and a generous chord of creamy vanilla. Slightly chocolaty and floral in the background.
TASTE: Fragrant spices and Christmas cake, with layers of chocolate and a distinct dark toffee sweetness. There is a hint of salty sea air on the finish, a clear connection to the influence of the sea on this single malt.

Old Pulteney Huddart
The combination of influence from the salt-infused sea air and the peat smoke make for a whisky with real character, depth and identity.
NOSE: Rich and warming. Brimming initially with mellow wood smoke, honey and oily leather, blooming later into crisp green apple. Creamy vanilla and a hint of burnt toffee in the background.
TASTE: Freshly-ground spices and soft vanilla balance the notes of smoke and peat fire. There are both richly sweet and distinctly salty coastal flavours in the background, together reminiscent of salted caramel.

Stroma Malt Whisky Liqueur
Stroma takes its name from a windswept isle situated off the rugged Caithness coast. Translating as the ‘island in the stream’, which also refers to the dangerous currents on the island’s shores, including the infamous ‘Swilkie’ whirlpool.
NOSE: Charming whisky aroma with notes of toffee.
TASTE: Stroma is smooth, sweet tasting and warming and, like the island itself , is packed full of robust and rugged undertones. Served neat or over ice, Old Pulteney Stroma Liqueur leaves a pleasantly warm and comforting afterglow.
