  • Aeclub.com.my understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.


Delivery Time

  • Please allow us a minimum of 3 – 5 working days (Klang Valley) for delivery and 5 – 10 working days (Penang Island & Kota Kinabalu) for delivery.
  • Orders are processed daily before 5pm working hour. Any orders placed after this timeframe are processed the next business day.
  • Order placed on Saturday and Sunday and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

NOTE: Please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address provided to accept the parcel during this time.


Delivery Fee

  • Free shipping within (Klang Valley/Penang Island/Kota Kinabalu) with minimum purchase of RM350 and above.
  • Purchase below RM350 subject to delivery charges of RM25 (Klang Valley & Penang Island), RM35 (Kota Kinabalu).
  • Self collect can be made at AsiaEuro Wines & Spirits HQ ONLY at

1 & 3, Jalan PJU 3/49, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm, except for public holidays.

There’s no minimum order quantity.

This service is only available for the Klang Valley, Penang Island & Kota Kinabalu.

Cancellation Policy

Time Limit for Cancellation Order

The customer holds the right to cancel any order made on asiaeurowines.com

We will be happy to provide a full cancellation order within 24 hours or immediately since the purchase, provided delivery has not been made or out.

AFTER 24 hours, no cancellation will be given.


Condition of Cancelling Order

  • Please note that the order has to be cancelled within 24 hours or BEFORE the items have been despatched from our facilities.
  • If the cancellation is made AFTER the items have been despatched, the customer is held responsible for the cost of returning the items back to our facilities. The delivery cost is non-refundable.
  • If the customer would like to cancel the items after they have been despatched, the customer must deliver the items back to our facilities at the following address within 7 working days after the date of cancellation:

1 & 3, Jalan PJU 3/49, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm, except for public holidays.


Notes of Returning the Product/s

  • The customer is responsible for the delivery of the items back to our facilities after cancellation.
  • Please note that unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for return and/or refund.
  • However, we request that the customer understands the possible hazards during delivery and as such, will not hold us liable for any damages to the items that are sustained in transit.
  • Please exercise caution during packaging and delivery as the items may be affected by heat and sunlight exposure.
  • Please provide proof of delivery via email or WhatsApp us.
  • If any breakage or damage happened during the transit, the customer will bear the complete costs of the items.


Failure of Returning the Product/s

If the customer fails to return the items within 7 days after the date of cancellation, the cancellation request will be revoked and the customer will bear the complete costs of the items.


Payment of Cancellation Order

The full amount paid will be credited to your account, credit card or original method of payment used for purchase, generally within 5 working days after we have successfully processed the returned items.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Discounted/Promotion items are final and cannot be returned, refund or exchanged.
  • Normal priced items can be returned or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Please note that unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for return and/or refund.
  • Any request for return and/or refund is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
  1. The items are damaged in transit before arriving at your doorstep.
  2. The items that arrived in your mail are not the ones that you originally ordered.
  3. The items are spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable.

NOTE: For wines, corked bottles sent back to us should still have its original contents, with 80% full – this will help our assessment of the product. Empty bottles will not be eligible for replacement/refund.


Missing Products

  • Getting your order right is extremely important to us. Please check your order upon delivery – we have procedures in place to ensure that every item shows up when and where you want it, but if we missed an item, please email us at
  • Email/WhatsApp us within 3 days to begin the inquiry process at info@asiaeuorowines.com


Product/s and Packing Error

  • Please note that damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 3 days of delivery. And to be return to yck8c.skipdns.link within 7 days.
  • If your order has been packed and delivered incorrectly and it is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you.
  • If you receive faulty product/s, we will replace it for you or credit your account.
  • Please contact aeclub.com.my immediately if the customer received any product or packing error.

  • The shipping and/or delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • For orders that have been shipped, any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver shall be refunded for the amount of the product ONLY.

  • Please allow for 7 working days for aeclub.com.my to process the request for a refund for any successful return of the items. All refunds will be credited to the account that is used to purchase the items at yck8c.skipdns.link
  • The customer is advised to take pictures of the items that are packaged for return and/or refund as proof of the condition of the items received. Please email or WhatsApp us the pictures.
  • Exchange of products are not eligible.
  • Any breakages or shortages must be reported to yck8c.skipdns.link within 3 days of the delivery. This can be done by email or phone. You must have your receipt number, and is subject to approval.


Processing Refund Requests

Once we get your request, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received it and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Illegitimate Refund Requests

Refund will not be granted if you simply provide no reason/s for the purchased products.
