Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to you if you are under the age of 21 year old and above. It is illegal for you to buy alcohol from us if you are under the age of 21 year old and above and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 21 year old and above.
Non-Sales of Alcohol to Muslims
By virtue of Section 19 (1) and Section 19 (2) Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, all Malaysian Muslims are forbidden from buying and drinking alcohol.
In accordance to the legal provisions above, aeclub.com.my will not sell any alcohol products listed on its website to any Malaysian Muslims.
Pricing, Orders & Payment
asiaeurowines.com reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We endeavour to supply advertised vintages, quantities and pricing, but all orders are subject to availability and confirmation by aeclub.com.my. If any product ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will contact you and advise you of the correct price, vintage or recommend a suitable substitute. All goods remain the property of aeclub.com.my payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to limit any sale.
Minimum Order Quantity
There is no minimum order quantity.
Product and Packing Guarantees
Please note that damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If you receive faulty product/s, we will replace it for you or credit your account.
Product’s description and information
Please note that all product’s description and information may not be 100% accurate. Eg. Tasting notes and alcohol by volume (ABV%) may vary depends on vintage and sommelier’s experience and knowledge or personal preferences. Furthermore, the product’s image may not be absolutely accurate as well due to changing label or packaging by producers. Do not worry if you received a product which is not match with the image in our website. However, if you do have any doubt regarding the product, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Product’s Stock Level
For Bulk Order
For bulk ordering (usually more than 12 bottles and above) please check with us before making any payment to avoid any insufficient stock. If order had been made while there is insufficient stock, full refund will be made or you can wait till the stock arrives, estimate time of arrival will be advised.
Single Product Order
Due to high order occasionally, product in our website will be out of stock without any prior notification. However, full refund will be made if the particular product is out of stock, no charges will incur or you can wait till the stock arrives, estimate time of arrival will be advised.
Product’s Vintage
Please take note that product’s vintage will be changed without prior notification due to product’s batches. Vintage shown in product details might be out of date. Please inform/contact aeclub.com.my to check specific vintage availability.
Pricing Information
We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However, if a price is incorrect, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order. Prices shown against each item listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging which will be added to the bill.

However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. asieurowines.com cannot guarantee that products advertised on the Website will be available at the store level.
