At the helm of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company is renowned Master Blender, Billy Walker. Since acquiring the distillery in 2017, Billy has transformed the spirit slumbering in our 16 on-site warehouses into something truly spectacular.
With a half century’s experience under his belt, our Master Distiller Billy Walker is an icon in the Scotch Whisky industry. Throughout his famed career, Billy has amassed countless awards including Master Distiller/ Blender of the Year (World Whisky Awards, 2020) and in 2021, was inducted into Whisky Magazine’s prestigious Hall of Fame – a permanent tribute to those who have made a lasting contribution to the industry.
Billy’s vigilant hands-on approach is reflected throughout all stages of production. He continually evaluates the aging spirit and re-racks into new wood to deliver additional layers of complexity.
With an annual wood budget of over £2million, Billy hand-picks the finest casks to elevate and perfectly complement the fruity, yet complex GlenAllachie spirit, creating exceptional quality whiskies to be enjoyed across the globe. Quality over quantity is at the heart of everything that we do.

This exclusive two-day event will take place on May 17th and May 24th, 2025.
Each day features two tasting sessions:
Session 1: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Session 2: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Please note: Doors will be closed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM for upkeep and preparation.
Each ticket grants you:
Access to taste and sample over 20 premium whiskies from The GlenAllachie Distilleries (including Meikle Tòir, MacNair’s, and White Heather)
Guided tasting and insights from our knowledgeable brand ambassadors
A limited-edition GlenAllachie nosing glass to take home
Tickets are limited to 40 guests per session and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Each attendee must register individually through our online system to ensure proper guest management.
Yes. Guests are welcome to purchase the whiskies they’ve tasted.
Collection can be made on the same day or at a later date
Delivery is available with a minimum order of 6 bottles per invoice, delivered within 7 working days

E-tickets will be emailed to you 3 days before your selected event date, upon full payment confirmation.
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.
